We always start with you and how you envision your life and business in the future. From there we reverse engineer how your business needs to be set up and how your brand can support the life you perhaps don't even dare to dream of yet.

Our strategy process unfolds over several workshop sessions where we go into the depth of your business, leading you through soul digging decisions and asking the questions you've been avoiding. Over these weeks we write the brand strategy as the foundation for this new phase in your business - from your mission and values, your brand personality to your detailed positioning and ideal client analysis.

By the time we get to the design stage, we are so familiar with you and your work, that bringing your heart and strategy to life in visuals that feel like home to your ideal clients is almost intuitive. We don't limit revision rounds, we want your brand to feel 100% right, but in practice it rarely goes beyond a few changes.

While the typical branding process will leave you with a strategy document, visual guidelines and a "good luck!" we take everything we have unearthed and look at every part of your brand expression and your client experience, find the bits that don't align and write the roadmap to changing them. This may include a change in client touchpoints, service design, pricing structure, content strategy and more.

That's why we always start our web design process with a deep dive into your brand strategy. This can be a simple personalised set of questions, a strategy workshop or even a full brand rebuild. We work from any possible gaps in your brand and fix them before we even think about designing your site. That clarity will ultimately drive your conversions.

Hi, I'm Michaela
I'm the founder of Hnstly Co. I often work with business owners who are at the verge of something new, creatives who want to lean into their voice and confidently step into the next phase of their business, people looking for courage to be fully themselves and find a more sustainable pace in life and work.
I believe that if you’re a creative, small business owner or passionate founder, your brand should serve you and not the other way around. My process always starts with what you want for your life and your business, and we reverse engineer everything else from there.
I’m here to be your partner and guide, the person you can talk through the difficult parts of your business with, the one asking questions you’ve been avoiding. Reading between the lines, spotting that little moment when your eyes light up while you’re talking about a specific part of your work, untangling that big messy puzzle that’s your brand, business and life is what I do best.
