Our strategy process unfolds over several workshop sessions where we go into the depth of your business, leading you through soul digging decisions and asking the questions you've been avoiding. Over these weeks we write the brand strategy as the foundation for this new phase in your business - from your mission and values, your brand personality to your detailed positioning and ideal client analysis.

By the time we get to the design stage, we are so familiar with you and your work, that bringing your heart and strategy to life in visuals that feel like home to your ideal clients is almost intuitive. We don't limit revision rounds, we want your brand to feel 100% right, but in practice it rarely goes beyond a few changes.

While the typical branding process will leave you with a strategy document, visual guidelines and a "good luck!" we take everything we have unearthed and look at every part of your brand expression and your client experience, find the bits that don't align and write the roadmap to changing them. This may include a change in client touchpoints, service design, pricing structure, content strategy and more.

Right now you may be used to doing all of this on your own, but we're here to talk through the big stuff together, find the red thread in your business and help you untangle it. We help you find your voice and lean into it, understand what makes you different and why your work matters. We start with a discovery call and your personal in-depth pre-work, then meet through a series of two hour sessions. Where we go exactly depends entirely on where you're at right now. We may build your full brand strategy from the ground up or talk through the bigger picture quickly, then spend most of our time untangling the specific part of your business that's been holding everything else back.

This process is entirely personal. One on one, built fully around you and nobody else. The sessions are deep and challenging, for a lot of clients this is the first time someone else will look at their full business and help them make sense of it all. We work through questions you may have never faced before, then turning all of that into a brand strategy document and an alignment plan guiding you through all steps necessary to transform your brand and business.
Some clients choose to add on visual identity design, creative direction or help with their website. Others take the roadmap we’ve put together and run with it themselves.
